The Health Communities Foundation Australia works with rural and remote communities to create healthy and vital places to live, including improving health literacy, illness prevention and access to medical and social services. We aim to ensure that every person has the knowledge and skills they need for a healthy life and can enjoy their right to access health services when and where they need them.
